Matthew Keating is a Senior Commissioning Engineer known for a strategic, systems-level approach to verifying building performance and successful project delivery. He supports clients in solving complex challenges through technical analysis and commissioning leadership, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems operate efficiently and reliably and are aligned with project goals. He manages commissioning efforts from design through post-occupancy, guiding control sequence evaluation, test protocol development, and closeout documentation to drive high performance, seamless project turnover, and improved long-term value.

Matthew’s experience spans higher education, healthcare, science & technology, and commercial markets, including extensive work with University of California campuses and leading life science clients. By combining hands-on execution with strong stakeholder coordination, he helps project teams deliver new construction and existing building renovation projects that meet operational and sustainability objectives.
