“I got into engineering because I wanted to do something that made a difference. Our healthcare practice implements the belief that our work needs to be at its best so people can be cared for when they may be at their worst.”
Early in my professional career, I found myself working with the sole focus of completing as much work as possible. At AEI we engineer not simply to complete a project on time and move on to the next one, but to do so completely mindful of the impacts our work will have on the end user, on the community, and on our environment. That mindset attracted me to AEI in the first place and continues to inspire me.
