AEI Attends Aggie Square Groundbreaking at UC Davis Medical Center
AEI was honored to attend the recent groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of Aggie Square in Sacramento, California.
Situated with the UC Davis Medical Center campus, Aggie Square establishes 1.2 million square feet of high-performance core and shell space across four new buildings featuring all-electric mechanical, electrical, and piping/plumbing infrastructure.
With an emphasis on life science and collaborative research space, this project creates a highly accessible innovation district that unites UC Davis with the Sacramento community.
