AEI Clients in the COVID-19 Fight: Argonne National Lab, University of Chicago
New center to provide immunoengineering research.
The new Chicago Immunoengineering Innovation Center at the University of Chicago is focusing on the development of new technologies to treat COVID-19, autoimmune disorders, and other diseases.
Based at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering and in partnership with the Argonne National Laboratory and others, the new center is developing a vaccine for COVID-19 and exploring therapeutic approaches to treat acute respiratory distress syndrome.
