Giving Tuesday is the nation’s most substantial day of charitable giving. On this Giving Tuesday (November 28th, 2023), help AEI promote nutrition and food security by participating in the NBC15 Share Your Holidays campaign, benefiting the Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin.

Since 1996, NBC15’s Share Your Holidays campaign has inspired southern Madison and surrounding areas to get involved in various philanthropic ways, such as distributing and filling local food barrels, hosting or contributing to food drives and fundraisers, donating non-perishable items at participating grocery stores, rounding up at checkout, and participating in Phone-a-Thon and Sort-a-Thon events.
This year’s initiative invites a unique form of generosity: – NBC15 encourages you to share your favorite story of a family holiday meal. For each story shared, 125 meals will be supplied to those facing hunger in southwestern Wisconsin.

Our Story
Across AEI offices nationwide, food serves as a unifying force, bringing together team members, partners, and clients. Whether through a chili-cooking contest, a festive Halloween snack bar, or a summer picnic, communal meals prompt individuals to nourish their bodies, socialize, and build authentic connections and team morale.
We know food has the power to change lives, and that is why AEI Madison dedicates time every year to volunteering and raising funds for the Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin.
Make a Difference in Our Local Community
From Monday, November 27th, to Thursday, December 21st, AEI is hosting a fund and food drive supporting NBC15’s Share Your Holidays campaign for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin. For every $10 raised, up to 25 meals will be supplied to those facing hunger in southwestern Wisconsin!
