Too much user satisfaction? (This is a good thing)

Payette’s Andrea Love describes post-occupancy evaluation findings for the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University, in the November/December issue of METROPOLIS. Turns out the building is so appealingly healthy and comfortable that actual occupancy is significantly higher than what was modeled, skewing the energy consumption numbers. Adjusted for occupancy, the model bears out.
