Gavin Parr is the Director of Business Development for AEI Texas, where he leads strategic growth and client engagement initiatives. With a career spanning over 25 years, Gavin’s journey began in a foundational role where he immersed himself in the industry’s technology and delivery methods. This experience evolved into deep expertise in marketing and business development, eventually leading to executive leadership positions in which he oversaw operations and significant market expansion.
Gavin is recognized for a relationship-driven approach, prioritizing long-term partnerships over short-term project pursuits. He has a proven track record of establishing and scaling market presence throughout Texas, specifically within the healthcare, science & technology, higher education, and advanced manufacturing markets. By leveraging thorough research to determine project viability, Gavin ensures that AEI’s efforts are focused on delivering maximum value to clients. He remains active in several professional organizations, including SMPS, ASHE, and COAA. Outside of work, Gavin enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking with his dog, Kira, and exploring backroads on his motorcycle.
