Marie Franki, a seventh-generation Texan and Central Texas resident for over two decades, boasts an intimate understanding of the community, its culture, and the industry trends shaping development across the region and the broader Texas market. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southwestern University and a wealth of experience in the AEC industry, Marie harnesses her unique background, connections, and industry acumen to curate top-tier project teams primed to tackle the rapid growth in Texas.
Having collaborated alongside architects, engineers, and contractors in various business development and marketing roles, she possesses holistic knowledge of the challenges encompassing successful project completion. With a specialized focus in science and technology, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing, Marie is a pivotal team member and trusted connector with clients and industry partners.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Marie finds joy in her passions as an avid reader and language enthusiast, dedicating herself to daily Spanish practice and devouring literature across diverse subjects. She cherishes walks along the greenbelt behind her Austin home, accompanied by her husband, son, and dog, and the tradition of Sunday dinners with her extended family.
