Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland and over 25 years of project management experience, Megan Stewart has been an integral part of AEI since joining as a mechanical engineer in the Seattle office. With a substantial tenure with AEI, Megan has consistently demonstrated excellence in client relations, playing a key role in securing and overseeing recurring projects for prestigious institutions. Her diverse portfolio includes many projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, ranging from complex healthcare and higher education initiatives to science and technology endeavors.

For over a decade, Megan has been a pivotal leader in the development of the award-winning 800,000-square-foot University of Washington School of Medicine campus in Seattle's South Lake Union. Housing 1,200 researchers driving medical advancements, this innovative hub for biotechnology and medical research stands as a testament to Megan's exceptional ability to build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring successful collaboration and extraordinary results. Her proficiency extends to team leadership, overseeing complex multi-disciplinary design and managing projects using alternate delivery methods. With a wealth of experience in research and healthcare facilities, Megan possesses a diverse skill set that she effectively applies to tackle novel design challenges.
