Scott Spangenberg has over 30 years of diverse project experience, including higher education, healthcare, research, office, central utility, and government facilities. He has extensive project management and design experience in comprehensive HVAC system design, performance and direction of mechanical design, feasibility studies, construction specification and document production, and on-site inspections. As Project Director, he is responsible for overall project management, design oversight, quality assurance, and client interaction within the MEP studio of the Rockville AEI office.
With a depth expertise in planning and designing a variety of science and lab renovations, he has lead over 6 million square feet of complex renovation projects, many in higher education settings, including the University of Pittsburgh, University of Maryland, George Washington University, and the College of William & Mary.
