AEI's Washington, D.C. office is located close to government research facilities, offices, and major corporate headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. In addition to supporting the full range of projects within AEI's national scope, the Washington, D.C. office has a portfolio representing regional clients primarily in the research, federal, healthcare, and higher education markets.
The Washington, D.C. office is a short stroll from the newly transformed mixed-use/residential Rockville Town Square, a popular shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. Conveniently located along the 355 corridor, the office is an easy commute by car or public transportation, including the Washington Metro Rail System's Red Line. Rockville is a half hour drive from the nightlife of Georgetown and an hour from the recreational offerings of the Chesapeake Bay. Shenandoah National Park and its 500 miles of hiking trails is 75 miles to the west. Nearer by is the 1800-acre Rock Creek Park, stretching all the way to the National Zoo, with biking, boating, fishing, and golf.
