AEI's Phoenix office is located between Downtown and Uptown, just a short distance from sports venues, cultural centers, spas, and fine restaurants. Most of us have lived in Phoenix for years, but this is a city of newcomers, drawn to an average temperature of 85 degrees and 190 area golf courses.

We're the fifth most populous city in the U.S. and home to diverse companies ranging from Honeywell Aerospace to Coldstone Creamery to Fender Musical Instruments.

Thirty municipalities comprise the Phoenix metro area, spanning the 9,000-square-mile Valley of the Sun. Once limited to copper, cattle, cotton, and cowboys, today's Phoenix offers ballet, theater, symphony, The Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, and the Phoenix Museum of History. Old Town Scottsdale offers the finest galleries, specialty shopping, and unique dining in the Southwest, while Tempe's Mill Avenue District is an eclectic urban oasis of 24-hour culture, lifestyle, and commerce.

Our 300 sun-filled days annually make biking, backpacking, hunting, softball, horseback riding, and golfing year-round hobbies for Phoenicians. Phoenix is praised for national precedent-setting protection of open space, creating 1,700 acres of parkland in the heart of the Sonoran Desert. And we're within a five-hour drive of mountains, beach, Disneyland, the Grand Canyon, and Las Vegas.
