Being a hands-on leader, my commitment to our projects and to our clients places me in the trenches with our project teams. With this unique perspective, I am best positioned to influence our project engineering, mentor our young superstars, and engage and collaborate with our partners and clients. I enjoy engineering as much today as I did when I started out 30 years ago.
Steve Yanke has led the Phoenix office since it opened in July 2007 and has been a Principal of the firm since 2010. He is a registered engineer with over 30 years of client-focused success in positions ranging from engineering design, to project management, marketing, and business operations.
Steve has shown visionary leadership in AEI’s Phoenix office, developing the firm’s healthcare, research, higher education, and aviation markets in the Southwest. Distinguished by his multi-discipline mastery of complex projects, Steve has provided insightful engineering design and project leadership on millions of square feet of new construction and renovation over the course of his career.
