AEI served as the engineer of record for this all-electric district energy facility, prioritizing optimal utility use, decarbonization, and eco-district development.

Implementing a carbon-neutral design, TEC exemplifies a commitment to a greener, more resilient future, utilizing all-electric heating and cooling equipment, thermal energy storage, and geothermal well fields, achieving a remarkable 50% energy reduction compared to traditional utility plants.
