California Air Resources Board New Headquarters Featured in BD+C Magazine

AEI is excited to share the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) new Southern California headquarters facility was recently featured in Building Design+Construction as the largest net-zero energy facility of its kind.

Spanning roughly 403,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art building consolidates five previously separated CARB locations into a centralized campus in Riverside, California. With an emphasis on high-performance design and innovation, it currently represents the largest vehicle emissions testing facility in the world.
