California Air Resources Board, Southern California Consolidation Project Update

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) Southern California Consolidation project's construction is expected to be completed in March of 2021.

Just two years ago, the current PV field lived as a 20-acre avocado field. 4,000 PV panels have been installed, with over 6,000 more to go.
