Designing Resilient Healthcare Facilities in an Era of Climate Uncertainty

Resilience in healthcare design is no longer a supplemental goal—it is a foundational requirement. As extreme weather events, utility disruptions, and emergencies become less exceptional and more routine, modern healthcare facilities are expected to deliver uninterrupted patient care while continuing to balance overlapping financial and operational priorities.

  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to determine operational gaps early and translate them into comprehensive and coordinated resilience strategies.
