New Principals Join AEI’s Leadership Team in 2026

Robin Graves
Robin Graves co-leads AEI's Company-Wide Teams across various disciplines and brings deep expertise in designing high-performance mechanical systems for complex science and technology environments. Her work focuses on laboratory and research facilities that require flexibility, sustainability, and technical precision. In addition to her project leadership, Robin is deeply committed to talent development, education, and advancing engineering practice through mentorship, teaching, and industry engagement.
Ryan Kallies
Ryan Kallies is a trusted project manager in our Madison office, supporting healthcare, data centers, and research and development projects with a practical, constructability-driven approach. With a background spanning electrical construction and engineering design, Ryan is known for thoughtful collaboration and reliable project delivery for complex, mission-critical facilities. He also plays an active role in mentoring staff, strengthening quality processes, and supporting key client relationships across AEI’s portfolio.
Brett McQuillan
Brett McQuillan leads the Building Performance Practice in our Phoenix office, specializing in high-performance analysis and design for laboratories, healthcare facilities, and higher education environments. His work integrates data-driven simulation, sustainability strategies, and practical engineering solutions to help projects achieve ambitious performance goals. Brett has also been instrumental in expanding AEI’s Southwest planning practice, supporting climate action, decarbonization, and campus utility planning initiatives.
Robby Oylear
Robby Oylear serves as AEI’s Energy and Utilities Market Leader for the Pacific Northwest, focusing on district-scale energy systems for corporate, healthcare, higher education, and science and technology campuses. A mechanical engineer and project manager, Robby has led some of AEI’s most impactful energy and decarbonization initiatives across the region. He is also committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers, thereby contributing to the firm's long-term growth and success.
