Catherine Niles is a business development professional with over 15 years of experience navigating the complexities of the Federal market. For large and small businesses, Catherine has spearheaded nationwide strategic initiatives and tactical plans targeting Department of Defense and Civilian agencies. Her adept leadership has generated winning proposals and propelled growth with new clients and markets.
As AEI’s National Director of Federal Business Development, Catherine plays a pivotal role in identifying federal opportunities and setting firmwide priorities aligned with business objectives. She develops capture plans and collaborates with AEI leadership to leverage the firm’s capabilities across diverse markets. Catherine is committed to fostering enduring relationships and creating strategic partnerships to better serve clients and their missions.
Outside of AEI, Catherine is an active member and leader in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), supporting the organization's strategic plan at the post, regional, and national levels. She is a proud alumna of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a former Division 1 athlete.
