Kristin Valente

Director of Business Development - Boston

Success in the AEC industry goes beyond designing complex facilities. It involves nurturing relationships, developing exceptional teams, and advancing client goals to shape a more robust future.”

Kristin Valente’s approach to business development is enriched by her unique background and over 20 years of experience with architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms in New England and New York City. Her comprehensive understanding of all three aspects of the AEC industry allows her to craft and execute strategies that generate new business opportunities, enhance client relationships, and promote AEI in the Boston and New England healthcare, life science, higher education, and energy and utilities markets.

Growing up in a family of artists, Kristin developed a passion for design and creativity from an early age. This foundation led her to a marketing role in architecture, where she specialized in strategic communications, proposal writing, and pursuit development to strengthen client and partner relationships. Kristin spent the first half of her career with national architectural firms, where she honed her knowledge in a variety of market sectors, including the science and technology and healthcare markets, focusing on medical centers and cancer and research facilities after moving to Boston.
