Pernille joined AEI in 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, bringing her passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. She is based in the Madison office and plays a key role in hiring efforts for the Madison, Kansas City, and Houston offices. She thrives in AEI’s collaborative environment, where colleagues across more than 20 offices stay connected – sharing ideas, success stories, and solutions for complex challenges.
With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, Pernille has dedicated her career to recruiting and human resources. She has successfully recruited for many disciplines, including engineering, sciences, manufacturing, marketing, operations, and more. Her diverse background includes agency recruitment experience and talent management experience from a mid-size manufacturing company.
In her free time, Pernille enjoys the outdoors, lifting, running, and spending time with her husband and two cats. She is also a member of the AEI Madison soccer team.
