The journey that brought me to AEI was a winding road, but each step along the path led me to a place that feels like home.
Dana Thompson’s career in human resources began in healthcare and technology. She transitioned into architecture at the beginning of a resurgence in the economy and was immediately tasked with searching for increasingly scarce candidates.
Living by a philosophy of treating others as she would want to be treated serves her well in attracting and winning candidates in even the most competitive markets. Seeing a like-minded organization in AEI, she joined the engineering world, expanding her breadth in the AEC space and applying her talent-integrative skills to the opportunities of this booming field.
Dana is the recruiter for AEI's Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, and San Diego offices.
