Stacie Kuta

Stacie Kuta brings extensive experience in complex facility design and a strong aptitude for relationship building to her role as Director of Business Development – Healthcare at AEI. Her career spans diverse sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects, with a particular focus on highly technical environments and cleanroom design standards. Drawing on her background as a practicing architect and project management consultant, Stacie has played integral roles across all phases of project development, from early planning and design through execution, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the challenges healthcare clients face.

Her unique perspective, shaped by working directly with clients and overseeing design and construction projects as an owner’s representative, enables her to navigate complex, multidisciplinary teams and the regulatory environments common in healthcare delivery settings. In her firmwide role, Stacie focuses on aligning AEI’s technical expertise with the evolving needs of healthcare organizations, supporting projects that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and long-term resilience.

Throughout her career, Stacie has consistently prioritized building trust and nurturing enduring relationships. She approaches relationship development with a commitment to active listening, learning, and understanding client goals, challenges, and care models. Her efforts are dedicated to forging partnerships that help healthcare organizations achieve their strategic, clinical, and operational objectives.

Stacie holds a Professional Architect license in Illinois and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and golfing. She also has a passion for sketching and painting, currently exploring and mastering watercolor techniques as a part of her ongoing creative journey.
