Stacie Kuta brings extensive experience in complex facility design and a strong aptitude for relationship building to her business development role at AEI. Her career spans diverse sectors, including semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects, with a focus on managing projects with cleanroom design standards. Stacie has played integral roles across all project development phases – from design through execution – drawing on her background as a practicing architect and project management consultant. Her unique perspective, shaped by working directly with clients and overseeing design and construction projects as an owner representative, equips her to effectively tackle complex, multifaceted project challenges.
Throughout her career, Stacie has consistently prioritized building trust and nurturing enduring relationships. She approaches relationship development with a commitment to actively listening, learning, and understanding client challenges and needs. Her efforts are dedicated to forging partnerships that empower clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Stacie holds a Professional Architect license in Illinois and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and golfing. She also has a passion for sketching and painting, currently exploring and mastering watercolor techniques as a part of her ongoing creative journey.
