Ashley is the Business Development Director in our Phoenix, AZ, office. She leads strategic client engagement and market growth initiatives across the firm’s core markets—including science & technology, healthcare, higher education, and advanced manufacturing. Partnering closely with AEI’s technical experts, she builds long-term relationships, identifies emerging opportunities, and aligns innovative engineering solutions with clients’ most complex challenges. Previously, Ashley served as the business development director for a local general contractor in Phoenix, developing key relationships across the AEC industry throughout Arizona. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Dakota. She is an active member of the Central Arizona Society for Healthcare Engineering (CASHE) and the Phoenix chapter of the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL).
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys time with her husband, two daughters, and Miniature Schnauzer.
