SECURA Insurance Companies

Corporate Headquarters

A corporate headquarters design that prioritizes employee health & well-being.

SECURA Insurance Companies (SECURA), anchored in Wisconsin, is a national leader in the realm of property and casualty insurance. SECURA's robust presence spanning 13 U.S. states delivers tailored insurance solutions to its diverse clientele. Boasting a legacy dating back to 1900, SECURA has garnered a reputation for its unwavering commitment to excellence, extending unparalleled service to its extensive network of 550 independent insurance agencies and policyholders alike.

Recognized for its financial prowess, SECURA proudly bears an A (Excellent) financial strength rating by A.M. Best, a testament to its steadfast ability to meet policyholder obligations. Notably, SECURA has earned a position among Ward’s Top 50 companies, praised for its exceptional financial performance and consistency over a commendable five-year span. Beyond its operational success, SECURA takes pride in cultivating a workplace culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and employee well-being.

As the organization rapidly grew, the space limitations of SECURA’s existing headquarters in Appleton, WI, became increasingly evident. Despite efforts to address the space constraints by leasing a satellite office, establishing regional locations, and implementing remote working arrangements, these only further fragmented the organization and exacerbated a feeling of disconnection among employees.

AEI provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), fire protection, information technology, audio-visual, and building performance engineering design, as well as Pivotal Lighting Design's architectural lighting services for SECURA's new multi-story 300,000 square-foot office and 200-acre corporate campus.
