CARB Southern California Headquarters Named 2022 Commercial Real Estate Awards Honoree
AEI is pleased to announce the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) new Southern California Headquarters and emissions testing facility has been honored with a Gold Award for Sustainability in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 Commercial Real Estate Awards program.
Highlighted for its cutting-edge, high-performance design, this Riverside-based facility — currently the largest zero-net energy building in the United States — is commended for its impact as an urban destination and beacon of sustainability and climate action.
