Jennifer Barbosa joined AEI in 2019 as a recruiter to support the East Coast office recruitment efforts, and now she is a talent acquisition specialist. While she has lived most of her life in the Baltimore area, she considers herself a Midwesterner at heart, as her family roots are in Wisconsin.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked on a range of recruitment efforts, from seeking environmental project managers to ice cream makers, eventually finding her niche working within the engineering industry.
She spends most of her time with her three children and loves to be with family over anything else. She also enjoys running, whether it's around the neighborhood or in a race.
Jennifer is the recruiter for AEI's Boston, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Charlottesville, Chapel Hill, Gainesville, and Tampa offices.
